Jesus’ Journey Across India
Jesus’ Journey Across India
A Study by Green Guru Dinesh Rawat, Environmentalist, Researcher & Author
Introduction – The Hidden Years and the Trail Across India
For centuries, the world has debated whether Jesus ever stepped outside the Holy Land. But few have dared to follow the faint yet powerful trail that leads deep into the heart of India. Between the ages of 13 and 30, the Bible is silent — but India speaks. Through my personal travels, conversations with monks and historians, and decades of cross-cultural research, I have come to believe that Jesus not only visited India but evolved here into the spiritual master known as Christ.
A Lost Trail – Revealed by Dr. Fida Hassnain
In 2011, I was gifted a hand-drawn route map by Dr. Fida Hassnain during my visit to Srinagar. It showed Jesus’s sacred journey starting from Jerusalem, passing through Babylon, Persia, and Sindh, and entering India through Puri, then to Nalanda, Rajgir, Varanasi, Ujjain, South India, and eventually reaching Ladakh and Tibet.

A Personal Journey Through Sacred India
I have walked these sacred sites, crossed the Palk Strait from Rameswaram to Sri Lanka, meditated in Varanasi, and visited Rozabal Shrine. These aren’t just geographical locations — they are milestones of inner awakening. Every whisper in a cave, every temple bell, echoed the light of Christ that India helped shape.
The Light That Returned to the West
This journey was not mythical — it was transformational. The Jesus who returned to the West was shaped by Vedantic truths, Buddhist compassion, Jain non-violence, and Bhakti love. Bharat wasn’t just a backdrop — it was the womb of his realization.
